Positive Psychology is a new brance within psychology, that focuses on positive aspects that lead to success and happiness. Positive psychology started when dr. Martin E.P. Seligman was the president of APA, he thought that the focus of psychology was to much on negative aspects of people. More research should be done on what leads to a happy life. Work psychology tries to find out what makes companies and employees thrive and flourish. The method is to study scientifically what positive factors form a good company and how those positive factors increase productivities in the company.
Martin E.P.
