In my core deep down rooted approach to life; we create our own lifes, the purpose and the content. For me that is not true when it comes to deceases and natural catastrophes but as an approach to everyday life it is a very strong tool in taking charge of ones own life. I live the greatest life I could ever imagined. I have recreated my future goals many times. I use my days allowing my four angles (children at the ages between 3 and 11) to develop into fantastic individuals and the other half of my days to allow leaders to benefit from the passionate gratitude in increasing their awareness and learn more about themselves to exceed their goals.

I work with individuals and organizations to support their greatness and allow for theim to find and creating goals, reaching goal and successes. It is a priviledge job. Growth is my sincere passion and my favorite clients are quick thinkers which often are topmanagement who has a great drive and also dare to listen to their own heart and lead in their own way. 

I held trainings for groups in leadership, it is one of the most fun things I do. The insiration I get from experienscing others trying new things and new thinking in fantastic. The most work I do would be connected to Positive Psychology and Developmental Management. I call it Leading with a Coaching Approach.

I have an international certification in coaching, PCC, Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation, with about 1400 hours of experience behind me. I train mainly top management.

I am trained Industiral Designer and have an Master of Fine Arts, MFA, in industrial design, from the University of Umeå, Sweden.

Leadership is a matter of Human Rights. With more dignified leadership we will allow individuals to release their potential instead of the opposite. The most clever way of leading is by effectively using the human resources given. Here is were the art comes in and this is what my contribution is: I open up a view into an easy and practical understanding of what is needed in leadership with a coaching approach. Leadership should be conscious as to transforms roles, performance and results. To learn leadership in practice is about training personal skills in relationships and life as a whole.
