What is a Mastermind Group?

The beauty of mastermind groups is that participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion.  Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil's advocates and supportive colleagues. No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind [the master mind].

Why should you belong to a Mastermind Group?

In a mastermind group, the agenda belongs to the group and each person's participation and commitment is key.  You give and receive feedback from other members. The group helps you to brainstorm new possibilities.

Memberships requires a commitment for a specific period of time, in our case it's a minimum of four months.
We have found out that the best groups and the most effective and bonded and helpful groups, the groups that help each individual to move quickly toward their dreams, are ones that stick together for at least three months. 

In short, the more often you are an active member and the longer you participate, the more you will get out of your membership. 

To join our Mastermind groups, we look for highly-motivated women who are both willing to ask for help and support, and are willing to give help and support to other women in the group. We are looking for women who are ready to commit several hours per month to their own personal and business growth.
