Pretty much just as soon as you get old enough to think... you have people telling you what THEY want.

So what can you do about it?

I suggest you try the following;

• Find some time and space for yourself.
• Connect with your core values, those ways of being that are at the heart of you being at your best.
• Get clear on the situation at hand. Is it your work, relationship or something else?
• Try to think: If you could not fail, what would total and fabulous success look like? Don't get caught up in the "how would I get there".
• Don't sell yourself short.
• The clearer you can make it, the easier it will be to start planning on how to get there.
