New Year is just around the corner.  Companies, corporations and individuals set their goals for the New Year.  We all want our companies to grow; when planning we need to look both at our internal picture as well as the global picture.   In order for our companies to grow, we need strategic plans, not only marketing plans and financial plans; we also need to plan the growth on our team of human resources. 

One often hears that business women tend to be always a bit careful when it comes to making plans and looking at the big picture, opposite to men.  Looking at this fact positively, banks and other financial corporations are more willing now to give loans to companies run by women.  There is simply less risk.   The negative site of our carefulness is that it can stop us from growing faster and become bigger.
