Well I must tell you that Runa spent one day with us in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA and the Women Entrepreneurs in the city have not been the same since.  In a Think Ginormous, Ultimate, Global Networking Panel which Runa flew specifically from Iceland to participate in, she had us on our feet, laughing and inspired.  It is amazing to me that such a wonderful social network as Connected-Women comes out of such a tiny country.  It is amazing but not surprising because of Runa's, Think Ginormous attitude and her unqualified ability to Be Ginormous and  Global and extend her joy, love, inspiration and energy to all women who will accept it.

Runa and me only met twice in person so far: in Helsinki (European Caoching Conference 2007) and later on in Reykjavik. What really impresses me is her generosity in sharing what she can and a rare capacity to express her appreciation. Ég hitti Rúnu Magnúsdóttur á fundi nýlega og við ræddum markþjálfun og hvernig sú vinna fer fram. Hún gaf mér kost á að prófa að sjálf og með hennar hjálp fékk ég margar frábærar hugmyndir, fylltist innblæstri og aukinni orku. Ég sé margt skýrara hvað varðar starf mitt eftir þennan fund og er Rúnu mjög þakklát. Ég mæli með markþjálfun og þessum markþjálfa.

Ég sat nýlega námskeiðið „Konur og karlar sem leiðtogar og stjórnendur“ í Háskóla Íslands þar sem alveg sérstök áhersla var lögð á það hvað tengslanet eru mikilvæg í þeim tilgangi að hafa áhrif, sérstaklega fyrir konur. Að mynda svona tenglsanet  sem gerir okkur konum kleift að koma okkur á framfæri og kynnast því hvað aðrar konur hafa upp á að bjóða er því alveg ómetanlegt.

Finally ! Here we go. I can make a recommendation! And I will. Runa is a real entrepreneur. She is a businesswoman in all sences. It is a pleasure to work with her, she shines of inspiration, challenge and if she gets a problem to solve... the day is made.
