Kindred Sole was founded in 2009 by Beth Widdowson and Lizze Leary after graduating in July 2009 from Fashion Retail Buying at De Montfort University. Both women are self confessed footwear fanatics and decided to launch their own footwear boutique as they felt there was a limited choice available for women who wanted quality footwear as well as stylish designs.

Kindred Sole's debut collection entitled "Polite Eccentrics" consists of up and coming footwear designers as well as established brands from around the world. The collection comprises of bold, statement making pieces alongside 'Lust Have' styles. Kindred Sole's ethos, is its promise to bring its customers classically designed footwear that have modern interpretations, for not only the woman of today but the women of tomorrow.
